Accessibility Statement
We want anyone to be able to use Arvisflows, with or without a disability, with a mouse or with the keyboard only, looking at the screen or listening to it. We are not fully there yet. This page says exactly what works, what does not, and how to let us know.
Translation. This English version is provided for convenience. The Spanish version is the only binding text and prevails in the event of any discrepancy. Leer la versión en español.

1. Commitment and scope
Arvisflows LLC, a company of the State of New Mexico (United States), is committed to making its website and its Manager Panel accessible. This statement applies to:
- The public Arvisflows website and all its informative and legal pages.
- The contact, trial request and business sign-up forms.
- The Manager Panel, in its private area.
Content served by third parties over which Arvisflows has no control, such as the payment gateway or the WhatsApp application, is outside the scope of this statement.
2. Reference standard
The accessibility target is level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, published by the World Wide Web Consortium.
Arvisflows adopts this target as its own technical commitment. Whether it is legally enforceable depends on the service, the recipient and the exceptions provided for in each law. The main reference frameworks are:
- Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services, and the national laws that transpose it. For e-commerce services aimed at consumers, it has applied since 28 June 2025 and provides, among others, an exception for microenterprises providing services when they meet the legal requirements.
- The US Americans with Disabilities Act, whose application to digital services depends on the activity and the specific circumstances.
3. Compliance status
The site is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 level AA.
The four failures that this statement listed on 5 September 2026 were fixed on 6 September 2026 and this has been verified. The status remains partially compliant, rather than fully compliant, because the site has not yet been tested with real screen readers or with people with disabilities, and because there has been no external audit. Section 5 explains what this means.
Arvisflows prefers to state the real status, with its limits listed, rather than claim full conformance that it cannot support today.
4. What already works
Verified in the latest assessment:
- Declared language. Every page identifies the language of its content, which allows screen readers to use the correct pronunciation.
- Text alternatives. Every image on the site and in the panel has alternative text.
- Identifiable buttons. Every button, including those that only show an icon, has an accessible name that screen readers announce.
- Sufficient contrast. Body text reaches a contrast ratio of 5.8 to 1 and links 6.3 to 1 on a white background, above the minimum of 4.5 to 1 required by level AA.
- Responsive design. Content reflows without loss of information or horizontal scrolling on small screens and with enlarged text.
- Labelled form fields. Every field on every page, including those the Manager Panel creates on the fly, has an accessible name that screen readers announce.
- Reduced motion. Every page respects the system preference to reduce animations.
- Visible focus. Every page visibly marks the selected element when navigating with the keyboard.
- Skip to content link. Present on every page with a repeated navigation block, that is, the main website, business sign-up, the Manager Panel and the appointment and booking pages, as well as these legal pages.
- Unique identifiers. No page repeats an identifier, which ensures that associations between labels and fields work.
5. Non-accessible content
No failure detected by the automated check remains. What remains are limits of the check itself, and they are stated because they affect what this page can promise.
| Limit | What it means |
|---|---|
| It has not been tested with real screen readers or with people with disabilities | A field may have a correct name in the code and still be confusing when heard. There may be barriers that no automated check detects |
| The complete flow has not been gone through with the keyboard only | The tab order, the Manager Panel pop-up windows and focus returning when they close have not been verified one by one |
| The new criteria of version 2.2 have not been measured | Minimum target size, focus not obscured by fixed elements and consistent help across pages have not been checked |
| Content served by third parties | The payment gateway and the WhatsApp application are controlled by their provider, and their accessibility does not depend on Arvisflows |
If, when using the service, you find a barrier that this list does not include, section 8 explains how to let us know. That is worth more than any automated review.
6. How it was assessed
The initial assessment was carried out on 5 September 2026 and repeated after the fixes on 6 September 2026, in both cases by internal self-assessment, without the involvement of an independent third party. It consisted of:
- Automated analysis of the code of every page, checking declared language, page title, text alternatives, accessible names of controls, association of labels with form fields, duplicate identifiers, empty links, skip links, focus styles and reduced motion support.
- Calculation of the contrast ratios of the site's colour palette.
The second check was run on the same pages and with the same method as the first, so that they could be compared. It also corrected a wrong figure in the previous version of this statement, which attributed to the Manager Panel more unlabelled fields than it actually had.
No external audit or certification by an accredited body has been carried out.
7. Improvement plan
The planned actions, in order of priority:
The first three actions listed here on 5 September 2026 were completed on 6 September 2026: labelling every field, adding the skip link and extending reduced motion and visible focus. The following remain pending, in order of priority:
- Go through business sign-up, purchasing and use of the panel with a real screen reader and with the keyboard only, paying attention to the tab order and to pop-up windows.
- Measure the new version 2.2 criteria that have not been checked: target size, focus not obscured and consistent help.
- Commission an external review and update this statement with its result.
8. How to let us know
If you find an accessibility barrier, if you need content in an alternative format or if you want to tell us about your experience using the service with an assistive product, write to info@arvisflows.com.
It helps a lot if you tell us the specific page, what you were trying to do and what assistive technology you use, if any. We acknowledge receipt and reply within a maximum of 20 working days. If the fix requires more time, we will give you an estimated timeframe.
9. Complaints
If you do not receive a reply within the stated period or the reply is not satisfactory, you can make a complaint through the same contact channel, stating expressly that it is a formal accessibility complaint. The complaint will be handled as a priority.
As a consumer or user, you also retain the right to go to the market surveillance authorities and consumer protection bodies of your country of residence, which are competent to supervise compliance with accessibility requirements.
